By accessing or enrolling in programs offered by MosKamp (operated by Moskey Technologies), you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service.

1. Student Eligibility & Code Conduct

Students enrolled in MosKamp internships and courses agree to maintain academic integrity, submit original pull requests, and participate respectfully in 1-on-1 mentor sessions.

2. Certificate Issuance & Verification

Industry verifiable certificates are issued upon successful completion of required project milestones, code reviews, and attendance criteria. Certificates are permanently verifiable via our public QR verification engine.

3. Placement Assistance Program

Placement acceleration features (resume rebuilds, mock drills, job partner referrals) are provided to qualifying students. While MosKamp actively facilitates interview opportunities with 100+ partner companies, final hiring decisions rest with employer partners.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru / Ranchi.
